I am an Aveda Graduate and lover of nature, food, and animals. My passion for the beauty industry started in 2017 when I decided to enroll in Esthetics School. Through the world of color and makeup my desire to learn more about our skin grew drastically. I have now found my passion for educating my clients on what healthy skin looks like and how to maintain it. February 2023 Highline Esthetics roots were planted. I wanted to create a space where everyone is included, no matter their shape, color, or size and feel confident in their skin. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, necessitating schedule adjustments. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellation Policy:
• Monday through Friday: Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in a 50%
cancellation fee based on the reserved services.
• Saturday: A 72-hour notice is required.
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a 100% charge using the card on file.
Late Policy:
• For Waxing Services: A 10-minute grace period will be allowed.
• For Facial Services: A 15-minute grace period will be allowed.
Late arrivals beyond the specified grace period may impact our ability to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply.
Credit Card Requirement:
• A credit card is required to secure your appointment, and the cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
Emergency Situations:
• In true, unavoidable emergencies, a portion of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
